TvTropes is part of why I am absolutely certain we need terms like marysue, because there are so many other things there you see there and you go YES, YES THAT EXACTLY AT LAST I HAVE WORDS FOR THIS.

At a guess, possibly the author was transcribing some anime character's attack, and either misspelled it or it was mistranslated. (Maybe it's shortened, and the full line was be "repayment of flame" or something?) It might also be what an anime character's name means, where they didn't get that the character was probably talking about how the name was written.
