Never tried alcohol (due to me taking medicine for medical reasons), but it smells bad, so I don't think it would taste great.

While I'm at it, don't know why my friends think alcohol is great and think it's fun to have hangovers right after.

It tastes worse than it smells. I was drinking mixed ones "because you can't taste the alcohol". You can, it's just harder to notice because the stuff it was in also tasted vile in a different way. As far as I could tell, the only point was to have an excuse to act the way they already wanted to.

I'm not even properly hungover after all that, either.

This, honestly. Though I have tried it before and it was, indeed, as gross-tasting as it smelled.
