I'm worried he might have abscesses on his body as well but I can't risk getting bit.

It's a tomcat someone abandoned who I managed to get inside and cleaned up a bit.

Fuck, that's even worse. ;_; You thinking of taking him/her to the vet? Even if the end result will be putting the cat to sleep, at least they won't suffer anymore. Pets suffering really doesn't sit well with me.

He'll be okay. It's finally drained it can heal properly, and it's filled in with painkilling antibiotics now. He'll be going to the vet in a little while to get his balls removed so he won't get into more fights.
