Another Chapter of Unoriginality, Flames, Other Stuff
Chapter Eleven of Unoriginality is up, Nicknames.
I've been getting unsigned flames for Unoriginality and I just realized why when I saw one of the stories I reviewed was updated, Changing of the Winds. As you can see from the third chapter and reviews, someone isn't happy with it, which is no doubt why my two new unsigned flames came a day after giving the review.
...I'll never understand why people think one-line, vague flames like those are hurtful. They're just boosting my review count.
Also, dear little SpactroDragon has been busy. It's uploaded a second chapter, and in doing so given a good explanation for why it likes to steal something already written. The chapter, reproduced in its entirety, is:
After we left the store we headed back to Colcomuga Town. The Professor gave each of us a Pokecom. It looked like a computer that had all the functions of a computer and pokedex,and a cell-nav. We headed into the woods to go hunting. We came across a Bagon." Magby use scratch!" I yelled. It scratched the creature with it it's sharp sharp claws putting it close to fainting. I tossed a pokeball at it. It shook back and forth before maling a "Ding Ding" sound. I picked it up and put on my belt. In the Keo region you can have up to three pokemon with you. After getting to Stalantan town the group healed their pokemon at the center and ordered a room for the night.
Stellar writing, isn't it? Anyway, other reviewers have come across it and rightfully bitched Spactro-chan out.
Two of my blueberry plants arrived today. The weather was unpleasant, so their permanent planting was put off until tomorrow. They're currently potted and watered. More plants should be showing up shortly.
My goldish is sick. He's got a sort of sharply bloated side with a missing scale at the peak that hasn't responded to treatment, and then today he started getting black spots and the injury was turning white and...bad looking. My mom tried to see if there was something in the side she could get out when I asked her to look at him, so now I have a stress stomach ache because he looked horrible out of the water, like he was dead. My parents are angry because I was panicking and Mom threatened to get rid of my goldfish. (No, not panicking like screaming...cursed inexact English language.) Anyway, nothing positive came of it, and we still don't know what's wrong. He's now in a separate hospital tank with a different medication, missing several more scales and with the peak all bloody from Mom's attempt. He's still very active, not acting sick, although he's unhappy about the tank switch and probably the poking as well, so I hope...

Plants = yay! ^^
I continue to blink at the positive reviews from people who don't seem to realize that it's *their* story you're hyperbolically criticising. Oh well, maybe they can actually take a joke or something... xD

Honestly, I've always been very serious about what I name my pokemon, not in fics actually (I need to write more) but in the games (which then suddenly grow personalities all their own >_>)
Also
I would like to add another name to that list
Kitsune = Ninetails
(once again, was guilty of it in my first game, but hey, we learn heh)

Ah, yes. I wasn't even thinking of the stupidity of naming pokemon their equivalent in another language - Draco the dragonite, kitsune the ninetales, etc.

Farla have you seen this gem? It's hilarious! http://www.fanfiction.net/u/754461/

But these are the people that made it. Remember, always be anonymous. That makes them even angrier since they don't know who you are. And do this through reveiws, never e-mails.
#1 Farla
after I emailed them politely and pointed out flames work better when signed in and when using text-based insults, not generic sexual ones. -_-; I was really trying to give them good advice. (Okay, not altruistically - they're getting kind of boring and I want good flames, dammit!) but still, I was being honest about how they could flame better. A shame they seem to think I'm lying...

Oh, that is just great. Best profile I've ever seen. I mean, it's terrible how stupid, but it's just so funny. Ah, I can't even describe my feeling for this humor.

...
o.o;;
It's pretty stupid. All that happens if you flame anonymously is you get laughed at and you don't get any extra reviews for your fic from angry noobs. Hah. I actually haven't gotten any yet... hn...
At that, has anyone else noticed a problem with the review tally? I seem to have lost a review for K'wa! on my status page, but still have 18 in my pro.
