I can see know why you have your motto. Well as long as it isn't a real class he doesn't have a handel over you. But if he is really out to get you, you should really try and get him into trouble. If he is fool enough to take marks off you becuase of personal dislike you could probably get him. If nothing is done to stop them they will just continue to do what they want. There is a couple of teachers I know who like to throw their weight around and a couple who peroidically never turn up to classes but nothing is done becuase no one will complaign.
The only problem I can see with your situation is that you have no one to back you up in the class. If there was at least two of you, you could really harass him in class. Just as long as you don't let him ever get you down.
