I had to read it a few times, but eventually I realized that a.) they were not answering your question at all, but some other question they thought you were asking and b.) they just made everything worse by bringing Misty's age into it when that was completely irrelevant to your complaint. If she was sixteen when she conceived them, and they were born on her birthday, that means they were born on her seventeenth birthday. Which means that when they turned ten, she would be turning twenty-seven. And both of those things still don't happen until closer to eleven years after their conception, so, yes, she's completely out of her mind.
