Yep, although if you read carefully, you find the character submission is actually for the 'scientist guy' mentioned in passing in the EXHAUSTIVE DETAIL section, not the girl the author's going on about.
Personally, I'm thinking to just say he's going nuts, which will be my explanation for when he says stuff like "Age:(Human)34(Askaria)10(would have been much more due to the Mew DNA, but the Human and Absol and bird-thing DNA decreased it)". Because seriously, what the hell?
