I bet you already have a lot of characters, but this one is interesting...you see, this is a character I plan to use in my story, but even I hardly know about it! However, I DO know the main...err...character...thing...But anyway, If you want them, here are those silk-fine details(DON'T STEAL THEM, I AM WRITING A STORY WITH THESE AS GUIDELINES AND I WILL REPORT YOU OR SOMETHING IF YOU STEAL THEM!)
There's this girl named Nai who this Scientist-guy says that she has
"DNA that will stabilize his expiriment" but she actually got these rings that she can't get off that make her sprout large, white, bird-like wings out of her back when she experiences fear(of couse, she learns to control the change later on). She refuses to give her DNA to this guy's expirement because she JUST RECENTLY got these rings from an expidition near the place where there are all the unowns, and the rings are guarded by unown ! and unown ?(there ARE unowns like that, I have them). So when this guy's doing an expirement to see what happens when he infuses himself with pokemon DNA, he needs hers and eventually she gives some to him. So he goes on with the expirement(Absol and Mew DNA, yes, he IS secretly working for Giovanni, and I KNOW Giovanni's overused but I'm actually sort of making this whole thing up as I go along, and I WILL perfect this story later) and he turns into a absol/mew with large, magenta, bird-like wings(predictably, I'm going to try to change this main basis once I get deeper). I won't describe him now because of the thing at the bottom of this message, but anyway...He can go back and forth between Human and Askaria(that's what he decided to call the absol/mew/thing)at first by only fear due to Nai's DNA, but later on, MUCH earlier than Nai, he learns to control it. Anyway, I'm wasting your time, aren't I? If I am, I don't mean to. The BASIC(not-fine)details are below:

Appearance:(human)Hair is an odd mixture of blonde and brown(not actually mixed, but more like the blonde and brown are just scattered all over in places)and sort of messy, as if a rebel of his stature and usual personality, his eye color is unusual, he has sectoral heterochromia, which is when part of your iris is totally different than the rest. The main iris color is light blue while the small part is dark green. He's tall, and the rest is up to you.(Askaria)an absol, but it's ALL-black except for the horn-thing which is magenta and the tail, which resembles mew's, is also Magenta. it has ears like mew, also. It has LARGE, bird-like wings that are Magenta, also. The rest can be anything you want.
Personality:(Human)Sometimes happy-go-lucky, often serious, rarely sensitive(Askaria)Often distrusts, solitary, thoughtful, Sometimes sensitive(but doesn't show it most of the time), rarely friendly. Instincts should be mentioned.
Special abilities:Well, Neiko doesn't have any special abilities, other than the fact that he's really smart, but not super-smart or anything. Just scientist-smart. However, Onyx has powers similar to mew other than the fact that he can't create bubbles, can't turn invisible, can't fly(well, not without his wings), and his psychic abilities aren't THAT powerful.

Obviously not from the real world.

When a trainer/otherwise pulls up a pokedex to look at Askaria, it makes a noise and has an effect where it's like if you pull out your game pack for any metallics-or-above generation game for the gameboy color/advance/sp, but it wouldn't be permanently messed up. If you happened to point the pokedex at Neiko, the same thing would happen.

Moves: Anything YOU want, just remember that Onyx is HIGHLY associated with darkness, he has wings, and he has 1/3 mew DNA.
