The moon tonight is gorgeous. It's a full moon, and it's incredibly bright. The sky has been cloudy a lot this week, but it's almost clear right now. There's the faintest wisps covering the sky like a transparent cloth, only visible around the moon. There there's a kind of rainbow, with the moon burning a cold white and the air around it clear light, then a golden ring flaring around it all which fades quickly into darker colors and then black sky.
