farlaNow that I'm done (possibly) getting replies and back and forth arguments (nothing says you're enjoying an argument and totally not upset like blocking the other person ^_^), I realize that I've actually been getting some really weird replies.
Well, for one thing, people are more willing to use review-reply now, and PMs (god, but I hate those), but that's just expected, because it's been around longer and everyone's had time to get familiar with it. For another, though, I think I'm approaching a fifty/fifty split between people who respond favorably and those who don't (it still has no connection to how nice/mean I am, interestingly). Which is pretty bizarre because it's normally somewhere below one out of ten favorable.
Perhaps an anomaly? I'll have to see next week.
Edit: Although I'm disappointed to say that the tactic of responding to a review by making shit up about what you intended the story to be about and the direction you're planning to take it is alive and well.
