So I'm checking my options as I redo PR's coding. There were four symbols left to denote different sorts of speech:
\ or \\
/ (// doesn't work)
( ) or (( ))
: (:: doesn't work)
#
I know [] was working last time I checked, but it's gone the way of its fancier cousin, {}. Halfway through writing this post, \ and \\ stopped working and, upon checking, has been stripped from Inheritors and, presumably, any other story that's used it.
EDIT 9:11 - FFN is not loading HTML asterisk scene breaks when formated to the right, but does show them if centered. I'm certain they were loading fine a few minutes ago, and they can currently be added in with either centering.
I think I speak for us all when I ask, WTF?

Date: 2008-10-26 11:57 pm (UTC)But all of a sudden \\ is working again when I type it in normally, and it's come back in Inheritors. Something weird is going on.
