Chapter Eight of Ice

Yes, I know I took forever. This chapter was a bitch to write, mainly because I realized I have no idea how Team Rocket functions. I also had problems referring to the different kids, as the child ignores names and although she'd be able to follow a 'other kid', 'other other kid' and 'other other other kid' naming system, I think you guys might kill me for it.
This is also maybe the fifth or sixth rewrite of the chapter. Among other things, the child takes a much less active role than in previous versions.
