Wonderland

So despite my intentions, Wonderland is shaping up to be pretty fucked up.

It's just, Wonderland is a place of rather disturbing imagery. When you run through the game it's not so bad, but if you start looking? The cards are carrying giant axes. The designers actually managed to show the way the axes are sharpened to a razor edge. I'm not kidding. Go play the game. It is lovingly rendered.

So, between that and the fact Sora finds a spirit shard along the way, it's really much darker than I was intended.

Instead of making something useable I'm just writing up fragments occuring at some unknown point.

Butterfly Wings Ch10

Chapter Ten is up. So is Chapter Nine, for that matter, but I forgot to list it earlier.

The next chapter is shaping up to be less disturbing, at least. Sora will enjoy several sort-of victories and the illusion of progress, unaware that the Big Bads are collecting the princesses of hearts and, in true RPG style, he's not impeding their progress in the least. Of course, if he was aware, he'd probably be depressed, so I guess it's a good tradeoff. Poor Sora.
