I can't find a transcript of the Katrina hearings, let alone the video. If it wasn't for references to it in a couple places, it might as well not exist.

There's really no point in knowing these things. No one would believe me if I tried talking about it, and it's not like anyone can accomplish things these days short of a sniper rifle.

How depressing.

I wouldn't have commented in this one except it seems kinda strange to see it denied that... Uh, the stuff about aid being turned away? I'd heard about that, and I got the impression (right or wrong) that it was common enough knowledge, at least among the part of society that I'm familiar with. What with living in the UK, though, I haven't really researched it or heard in great detail how the American government's spinning it - I didn't hear anything about 'a few higher ups'. (Kiii)
