The Starters Club, right? Ow, sorry 'New Starters Club'. I'm not into this whole 'club' deal anyway, but this sure doesn't give me any insentive to start. What a mess. Someone really needs to just set down some rules, enforce them, and stop acting like a twat. And yes, we all know who that is.

I really can't help but boggle - it looks like the most boring thing imaginable, yet it's SRS BSNS somehow. Who care about posting answers to five hundred variants on what your favorite starter is that much?

And yeah. Not sure what I think of the lj immigration. On the one hand, lj's collective IQ has just started to drop. On the other, it might make it easier to follow since they'll be posting the highlights of current spats.

What's more hilarious (to once again topic shift towards beating a dead horse in a new and failtastic way) is that apparently Farla is now the only person he considers a lackey.

I want to say something snarky about how he's missing how the point of lackeys is a bunch of them or something (and why will he not tell me his evidence? WHY???), but really, by now it's clear he's just pulling stuff at random out of his ass in the hopes he'll hit something that makes people stop being mad at him.

Every time someone confronted him directly, he groveled and whimpered and made excuses. It's pathetic. The reason I'm the only lackey left is because I was the only one who didn't do the "Okay I'm not going to hate you forever, but I want an explanation" bit when he started wailing about his grandfather and life sucking out of the blue (and promptly forgot about again as soon as people backed off). He really wants to think he's got everyone's support, or at least he's only beating on people that the rest don't like. He only ever became part of this because other people were attacking Silawen first, and he probably thought he'd be cheered for joining in.

Apparently he won't tell because it's his journal and he's only writing this bullshit for himself. Which explains a lot for the actual entries, but has no bearing whatsoever on his actual replies to people's comments. He fails logic. Forever.

And he's dragging academic accomplishments in to claim he's intelligent. Ignoring for a moment the fact that intelligence is not limited to knowledge (as the good Wiki tells us), he also seems to think that failing at grammar is excused by having nearly a 700 on the Chemistry SAT II. And he's using the "I didn't mention your name, why are you mad?" fallacy with Charizam. The mind boggles.

Also ignoring the fact the American school system sucks and any achievement in it are meaningless. "I know X" at least has some sort of meaning. "(My mommy yelled until) the teacher gave me an A" does not. Most of the US no longer teaches grammar. More than half of our citizens don't "believe" in evolution. Our history classes end at the industrial revolution.

The saddest thing is he's not even bright enough to realize how meaningless the stuff he's reeling off is.

(Also, that guild was about ten times more interesting than this "club" thing is even pretending to be. Granted, that's not saying much, but still.)
