Today I made schadenfreude pie. It was delicious.

I've also been enjoying local talk radio. Currently the guy is at growingly distraught threats to leave, complete with ravings about how the country will be crippled without his vital skills of talking into a mike. Half of the show is taken up by non-talk, with the running theory on why being that he's spending the time sobbing in the corner. Did you know that Obama will let black people have guns and arrest people? The jackbooted black marxist thugs are coming for him! Flee to the hills!

Sometimes he just starts repeating the same few sentences over and over. It's very soothing. "The demographics are changing," he repeats, as I picture him rocking in the corner of the room. "The demographics. It might be a fluke. We still have the numbers. If we act now they're still a chance. People might come to their senses and impeach him. Impeach him before he kills us all. But the people who voted for McCain are the older generation. The younger generation have become...different. Changed.
