In more meaningless news

The Homestuck Gift Exchange stories are up! I got Three in the Morning, which means I caused the creation of the only carapace fic in the fest! I am not sure if this is a thing it makes sense to be pleased about, and yet I am.

I feel I should read through the rest. Fests seem to not get many hits and comments,likely because the delay means no first-page viewers. I'm curious if Ladystuck will do better or worse considering it's so much bigger.

A new year!

My resolutions are to keep doing what I'm doing, but better and with less slacking off. More concretely, I will work harder to avoid people in real life in favor of productivity.

I wrote barely anything this year. 25,240 words. I have a lot more writing total because of book hating, but not much fic. I need to get better at time management. Plus, finish off Inheritors, it's ridiculous I've let it sit for so long when it's not hard and I've got chunks done.

And I will finish the carapace fic if it kills us all.
