farlaSo on the one hand, the update was all very cute and the characters good. On the other hand I don't really like any of what we're learning about.
In the end, I'd really prefer rare thoughtless lines about games for girls that people can ignore or make up other interpretations than something pointing out it's sexism but making it canon that there's sexism there. Stories about sexism are good, but beyond the sexism issue, they're not ones I really want to explore the worlds of. I'd rather have a gender neutral or actual matriarchal society over yet another replay of how the patriarchy is inescapable.
(Also holy fuck tumblr, everyone's talking about Kankri and all anyone says about Porrim is how hot she is.)
