I got the plushie pack!

I'm really interested to see how this will end up.

(It's a shame they don't have more options for rewards. Like books, shirts, etc. Or a CD/online download of the comic itself, I'm sure a lot of people would chip in for that.)

Oh shiiiii! That's incredible, I thought PA had goals into the millions. I guess they didn't offer much value for money anyways.

Yeah, basically all they were offering was to remove the ads on the website and to revamp the web design.

(Also, 700k goal reached. Second day. Jegus.)

They also had rewards of a game, but one most of their supporters had already bought, and most of their rewards were focused in the lower end.

But mostly, I think people didn't care about ads. They're easy to block if they annoy you, and Penny Arcades' ads tend to be pretty-looking. It's hard to compare.
