So FFN's email system hasn't been working since late Oct 17th. I kept expecting them to fix it, and day after day went by. So I finally submitted a support ticket, a gesture of infinite futility that never has any result.

Five hours later, I begin receiving emails.

In a frightening kind of way. They haven't done a particularly good job though, as I've gotten a incomplete assortment of emails so far.
