Ch12 Butterfly Wings

Short chapter. That's what happens when you suddenly realize that you've just invalidated a half page of notes and need to replay the entire section to see how things are different if you don't get the fourth box. (Difference: the queen doesn't say the bit about having a lot of evidence. So worth an hour! Please kill me now.)

Also, because I'm irrationally gleeful at the review pattern (and because I doubt it'll continue longer) Current reviews-by-chapter:

I don't know why, but random patterns are deeply, deeply pleasing to me. It's a good thing you're not allowed to delete signed reviews, or I'd be really tempted to abuse the power faced with things like this.

Then I'd be in the position of trying to explain that I really did appreciate their review but I was trying to keep a cool binary sequence, so...

Unfortunately, that script has the same problem - it only lists one playthrough (a perfect one), not the alternatives that happen if you fulfill different requirement levels. That one has them get all four pieces, get blizzard early, and has the queen's extra line. It also doesn't have optional dialogue, like Alice's conversation with Sora. (It is better than the script I was using before, though, so thanks!)

Anyway, I really would have to play just to get the details right. My notes go somewhat like "Dialogue" Character nods/shrugs/waves hands/looks away "Dialogue" Character nods/etc. The KH dialogue actually isn't that good in terms of script. A lot of the sentences can be read many different ways, and are only clear in the game because of intonation and expression. So I have to try to get that across, too. (I'm discovering English kind of sucks at describing stuff. There are all sorts of expressions and postures where I go "Yes! That thing!" and recognize it exactly, but can't actually say it any more clearly than "scared/startled/angry/uncertain". And Kairi has this great posture in Merlin's house, with her arms behind her back, the way you do when you're feeling uncomfortable with your surroundings/reserved/ambivalent but trying to seem more confident, and GAH no way to express that clearly.)
